SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping 
 After your order has been successfully placed,
please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your order before it ships.  
We print your product at time of order,  
We will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you!

Once the processing is finalized, you will receive an update with tracking information when your items are shipped.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging)  All items you wish to return must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. 

Full refunds are given as long as a request is communicated within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please note that our return policy does not include shipping costs

Turn Left T-Shirts Racewear is NOT responsible for REFUNDING your money if you ordered the incorrect size. Before ordering ALWAYS check for a size chart or if you are unsure of what size to order, email us at turnlefttees@gmail.com. We will give you a SUGGESTION based on other customer feedback.

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Email customer care at turnlefttees@gmail.com. Our team will respond to you within 24 Hrs. 
  2. Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for returns that are not received.  Make sure all of the items are packaged in their boxes/packet (if not included with your return/exchange, no refund will be processed).  
  3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the items you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.


Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange.  As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in.  All return shipping labels include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received.  If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
