Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Turn Left T-Shirts Racewear, every product is made to order. Please review the product description, size chart, color, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered, please email contact@turnlefttshirts.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the problem.

• Clear photos showing the item and the issue.

• A photo of the size label if you received an incorrect size.

For confirmed defects or fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge or a refund, as appropriate. Please keep the item and packaging until we finish reviewing your request.

Sizing, color selections, and changes of mind

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind, except where required by applicable law.

If the size or color received differs from your order, please contact us so we can help.

Order cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, email us promptly with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. But will not be held responsible for shipping service lost or stolen items.

Returning an item

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return products to the address on the shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and explain any shipping arrangements.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
